1. to see whether the trademark logo is complete. The outer packaging of the positive product is of good quality, the handwriting on the packaging box is clear, and the overprint color is bright. The packaging boxes and bags should be marked with the product name, specification, quantity, registered trademark, factory name, address and telephone number, etc. Some manufacturers also mark the accessories with their own marks. Some important parts such as generators, distributors, fuel injection pumps, etc., are also equipped with instructions, certificates and inspector's chapters to guide users to use and maintain correctly. Purchase should be carefully recognized to prevent the purchase of fake and shoddy products.

2. to see if the geometry is deformed. Some parts are easily deformed due to improper manufacturing, transportation and storage. During inspection, the shaft parts can be rolled along the glass plate to see if there is light leakage at the joint between the parts and the glass plate to judge whether it is bent; when selecting the steel plate or friction plate of the clutch driven plate, the steel plate and friction plate can be held in front of the eyes to see if it is warped; when selecting the oil seal, the end face of the oil seal with the skeleton should be perfectly round and fit with the flat glass without deflection; the outer edge of the skeleton oil seal, it should be deformed by hand, and should be able to return to its original state after releasing. In the purchase of various types of liner, should also pay attention to check the geometry and shape.

3. to see if the joint is flat. Parts in the handling, storage process, due to vibration, bump, often in the joint parts of the burr, indentation, damage or crack, affect the use of parts. Purchase should pay attention to check.

4. to see if there is any rust on the surface of the part. The surface of qualified parts has both precision and bright finish. The more important the parts are, the higher the precision, the more strict the packaging anti-rust and anti-corrosion. Purchase should pay attention to check, if the parts are found to have rust spots, mildew spots or rubber parts cracking, loss of elasticity, or the surface of the journal has obvious turning tool lines, should be replaced.

5. to see if the protective surface is intact. Most parts are coated with a protective layer at the factory. For example, piston pins and bearing bushes are protected with paraffin wax; the surfaces of piston rings and cylinder liners are coated with anti-rust oil and wrapped with wrapping paper; valves, pistons, etc. are soaked in anti-rust oil and packaged in plastic bags. If it is found that the sealing sleeve is damaged, the wrapping paper is lost, the anti-rust oil or paraffin is lost, it should be returned and replaced.

6. to see if the glued parts are loose. For accessories composed of two or more parts, the parts are press-fitted, glued or welded, and no looseness is allowed between them, such as the oil pump plunger and the adjusting arm are press-fitted; The clutch driven wheel and the steel sheet are riveted, and the friction sheet and the steel sheet are riveted or glued; the paper filter element frame and the filter paper are glued; the wire end of the electrical equipment is welded. If it is found to be loose when purchasing, it should be replaced.

7. to see if the rotating parts are flexible. When purchasing the oil pump and other rotating parts assembly, rotating the pump shaft by hand should feel flexible and free of jams; when purchasing rolling bearings, support the inner ring of the bearing with one hand and rotate the outer ring with the other hand. The outer ring should be able to rotate quickly and freely. Then gradually stop spinning. If the rotating parts do not work, the internal rust or deformation, do not buy.

8. to see if there are any missing parts in the assembly parts. The normal assembly parts must be complete and intact to ensure smooth assembly and normal operation. If some small parts on some assembly parts are missing, the assembly parts will not work or even be scrapped.
